API missing receipt upload

When creating an expense through the API, how can I upload a receipt file as a part of the expense?

I looked through our API documentation and I'm not aware of a way for receipts to be uploaded via the API. I've reached out to a few different team members, and if I learn different I'll be sure to circle back with you here to share the information.
