Personal Card Transactions Suddenly Importing

Our CEO has a login to the credit card account, which we use to connect expensify to the cards, because his account has access to ALL of the company cardholders. Recently our Chase card connection was broken and we had to fix it (this seems to happen frequently) and after we logged in to Chase to reconnect, his personal card transactions began to import also, despite us never adding his personal card to our list of cards, and despite it not being in the list of cards anywhere. Expensify is just putting his personal card transactions all over his reports and we have a mess. How can we get this to stop!

    Hi again @MJNiM - Yes this card is added as a personal connection and can be removed from within his account. To do that, he or a copilot for his account, will want to navigate to the Account Settings > Credit Card Import tab and use the red trashcan icon to delete the connection. (Below)

    Removing the card connection will also remove any unsubmitted expenses from the card as well. This means expenses not on a report, or on a report in the Open state.
