Expenses submitting on their own - why?

Not sure how, but Expensify just hijacked expenses from the credit card I added and started submitting them without my review/permission/knowledge....crazy. Happened to colleagues as well now they want bail on Expensify. How/why would it have done that? Does something do with Policy?.

    Hi @Gate Welcome to the Expensify Community!

    That sounds exactly like Scheduled Submit! Very useful when you turn it on deliberately, not so fun if you're not aware it's on. This function creates and submits reports on the user's behalf, and it can be found on Settings > Policies > [Policy Name] > Reports

    This is what yours is currently set to, so I recommend you speak to the Policy Admin about disabling it or changing the frequency.

    Once you have been using Expensify for a couple of months, you may want to consider turning it back on and refining the settings.
