Updates to Chart of Accounts are not pulling into Expensify

We've updated our chart of accounts and did a sync; however, when our users try to input the categories they are not showing.

Hm, when I look into your account I see the last sync date was over a month ago instead of sometime today or yesterday.
Typically, when you do a sync you'll see the current date reflected in the Settings > Policies > [Policy Name] > Connections section. Here's the specific Sync guide for QuickBooks Desktop.
Can you please try to sync one more time? If the date on the Connections page still doesn't update, you might be having a deeper issue than we can really address here publicly. At that point, would you mind reaching out to [email protected] so we can take this further?
