You no longer need to manually sync your expense reports to NetSuite! When reports are given final approval in Expensify, we’ll queue it up to sync over to NetSuite so there’s no extra steps for admins syncing reports to NetSuite.

Hi there! While we absolutely recommend that users take advantage of the time-saving benefits of auto-sync, we understand that not everyone's workflow is the same.

You can disable auto-sync in your NetSuite configuration in Expensify, but this also disables the daily auto-sync that will ensure your categories and tags are kept up to date. I would recommend that if you disable auto-sync, you manually sync the connection at least once a day.

The auto-sync functionality can be found via Settings > Policies > Group > [Policy Name] > Connections > NetSuite > Configure > Advanced.

If you'd like more one on one help configuring your workflow so that you can use auto-sync, please reach out to help@expensify.com and we'd be delighted to discuss it with you.
