In regards to when expenses are approved in the reports - history and comment section of the report? Make for a clearer audit for those who aren't USA based.

This seemed like an 'Idea' to me, so I have changed it be votable and moved to the Ideas category - Don't forget to vote on it yourself.
Do you think it should be set on the Policy or per the User view? e.g. If someone in the UK and someone in Australia look at the same report, should it be the same for both of them, or should it reflect their own timezone? (or should it be UTC?)
