I was told to come here, after I had already followed ALL the instructions, 1-8 ,an scanned receipts, one of the concierge even messaged me ,an told me she took care of my ebt receipt, that was in the amount of 125$ ebt, after that I was told I needed to make a "report" ,so I did, an I scanned 4 DIFFERENT gas receipts, different dates/times ,but same merchant, an they kept closing it on me. Now I'm here ,logged in thru the "internet" an I'm stuck, I do not understand what they want me to do.
