I reached out to the concierge email address before reaching out to the community. Unfortunately I don't think they ever read the question but whatever automatic system they are using for customer service just picks up the buzz words and sends the vanilla answer, which do not apply to the problem.
I understand and respect the community's limitation in supporting things related to credit cards but somebody must have had this issue before, Again Expensify is saying my CC is linked already when I have never linked it but I would like to link it.
Please let me know where I can turn to for help (or talk to a live person).
