The number of families signing up for reimbursement has vastly outnumbered the limited funds available. Though we’re unable to provide a specific timeline on when your report will be reimbursed, we’re doing our best to drive donations and keep our fund moving forward. Rest assured, we’ll review every report that’s submitted per our instructions.

Dear Ms Sheena Trepanier, I have submitted my receipt on March 23rd 2020 and the report was saying processing . But now the box for closed is also checked. I need some serious help with this. At first I thought I had gotten right but now I'm not so sure. I'd be so grateful and much appreciative if you could take a look and straighten it out for me,
