Quickbooks Desktop Sync not loading Chart of Accounts

We are having an issue where the Sync Manager will not finish loading our Chart of Accounts from Quickbooks. It errors out at the exact same place every time (after 150 records) with the following error. It seems to try this 3 times and then gives an error of "Oops!...Something went wrong. Could not execute Quickbooks Desktop Request." Has anyone else seen similar issues?

Expensify support has been less than helpful by just sending the same standard help docs that not only have we tried at least 5 times, but don't seem to apply to this error as the sync manager is installed and connecting to our QB database but then errors out during the import.

@ChrisDodge Can you confirm the version of the Expensify Sync Manager? It should be 18.0126.0.

Similar issue here, Contacting support isn't very useful.
Send them the error details with logs attached, 8+ hours later. Hi can you send us the log file? Er.... A few days no progress yet.
I see they now have a banner on the top of the site saying they have system issues I hope when they fix that it resolves this issue as well.
If you got yours working let me know how?

@Tony_NY What error are you getting when you try to sync?
-
Mostly the first one, sometimes the second one.

We are having the same issue. My sync manager is updated, I can export just fine but I haven't been able to sync in order to update accounts.
-
I'm not getting an error, but not all of our expense accounts are importing into the Categories screen.

@ExpensifyUser @HatchWaxman Were you connected to the legacy connection recently? If so, can you go to Account Settings > Connections and make sure there is no QuickBooks connection listed there? If there is, delete it by clicking the red trashcan, then try syncing your policy again. If you are not connected, open the Expensify Sync Manager, double click on the version number and send the log file to [email protected] with a brief description of the issue you are running into.
