Is closed or reimbursed the final step? Is the report complete once report reflects reimbursed?

@shenderson Usually that is the last step, but we export all of our reports to our accounting software. So if you use Quickbooks or Xero or anything else, generally that would be the last step.

We do not close reports unless the report never has an intention of being submitted.
