Adding a credit card feed with Two Factor Authentication

Dear community,
One of my clients uses an HSBC bank account and 2 HSBC business cards. You probably know the fact that this bank provides the client with a random code generator for each log in. I suspect the fact that it wouldn't be possible for each card holder to import automatically his card transactions knowing that it's linked to the bank account and that the credentials to connect change at every connection...
Does anyone know about that ?
Thank you!
Best regards,
Roman

Hi @RomanMinine you are absolutely bang-on. We can't connect to banks who use two-factor authentication, however if these are Mastercard or Visa you may be able to get a commercial card feed directly from the bank into Expensify.
I've linked this on our other thread, but let me add it again, here's how to set up commercial cards under Domain Control.

Hi, thank you for your answer. I believe that it would be a download like every month or every week right then, right ?
The principal point of using Expensify is this automatic credit card import. -

Hi @RomanMinine! Commercial card feeds should update every night. On the off-chance the card feed doesn't update automatically, you can manually update the card by clicking the "Update" button next to the card number in Domain Control to pull in recent transactions.
