That's totally up to you. Because Expensify is not tied to any particular timeframe, there is no need to wait til month-end anymore. Some people export weekly or even more frequently. I recommend you go with whatever works best for your workflow. The benefit of exporting more frequently is that you have better, more up to date data for cash-flow planning and expenditure tracking in your accounting software.
