Sharing Credit Cards - best practice
I'm working with a client that wants to use the Corporate Credit Card feature (With Barclycard), and that is all good.
However, they have two employees who sometimes use their bosses company credit card to purchase air tickets for themselves.
What would be the best way to handle this? (ideally we want the employees to scan the receipts and process the expenses themselves)
(I've seen your best practice guide, but it doesn't cover this exact scenario)

Hi @Philip Welcome to the Expensify Community!
I think the bank will say "Don't."
But in essence you need one person who 'manages' the expenses for that card. Likely the card holder. So if you want two other people to add expenses to this one user's account, the user with the card will want to invite them as CoPilots, and this will mean they can forward the receipt to receipts@expensify.com with the user's email address as the subject line.
The user or the Copilot can create the report and submit, but it will all be under the user's account.

Thanks for the reply - bit confused with 'user' and 'user'
But am I right that if the Copilot User submits the expense by email on bbehalf of the Card Holder User, the expense will be under the Card Holder User's account, without any trace of the Copilot User? -
