Updating User Names

Is there a way to edit an existing user name to make them all consistent? I checked in Settings - Policy - People and clicked on the user, but there is no edit function. Is the only other alternative to remove and set up again? If we remove though, won't it delete all the history for that user? Thanks in advance.

Hi @ikim, only the user themselves can edit their username. But as the email address is the key, they won't use any data if they do this.

I would email out a memo to your team to request they use a certain format. They can go to Settings > Your Account > Account Details to do this.
