Chase Bank - Broken Connection

Looks like others are experiencing issues as well, but Chase is no longer connecting and updating cards through Direct Connect.
I've verified Direct Connect is active, the business account is valid and linked to the correct profile, and the credentials are correct.
Any update on this issue?
