Can I add another field, like "Job Number slot" to the expense?

How can I add a slot for a job number on the receipt details

    @TedEstraca, Just a couple of questions, what exactly do you use the job number for? if you have an integration with QuickBooks, NetSuite or something else, you can tie the expense to a customer. From that point, you can re-bill the expenses. Do you have a consistent list of jobs or does it change often? if you have a consistent list, you could just import them as tags from a spreadsheet, then add a new tag every time there is a new job.

    I have no idea if this is a scaleable solution for you or not, but if you are a small company, it would probably work.
