How do I change the reimburser from one person to another, or have multiple reimbursers?

The person who 'owns' the withdrawal account will need to go into Settings > Accounts > Payments and 'Share' the business bank account.
Next, the person whom it was shared with, will need to verify it by entering the three amounts they see in the account.
Once that is done, you will have a new Reimburser under Settings > Policies > [Policy Name] > Reimbursement
