Mileage reimbursement not updating for users

I updated the mileage reimbursement rate to the 2019 IRS rate of $0.58. But I have an employee who entered in mileage for January and it kept the old rate. See screen shot with old rate. How do I get everyone's rates to update?

Hi @ajaquez Welcome to the Expensify Community!

If the mileage expense was created before the rate change in the Policy, your user will need to delete and recreate it. Policy changes like this are not applied to historical expenses, only to new ones going forward.

It looks like the expense was created on the same day the rate was changed, but I can't tell which was first. Are the correct rates applying to new expenses?

Thanks @RachCHopkins, we figured out that the expense was created before I updated the rate.
