"This employee does not exist in Netsuite" error

I am getting an error when trying to export to NS - a new employee. I've double checked the email address. This is the error message:

The most common cause of this error, once you've confirmed the employee exists in NetSuite and the email matches Expensify, is the subsidiary on the employee record. This subsidiary has to match the subsidiary in your policy NetSuite configuration. Check out this article for more details.
