FAQ: Why am I getting a "Username/Password/Questions out of date" error when importing my card?
When you receive one of these errors, it means that the connection between Expensify and your bank has broken because
- one of these items has changed since the connection was set up, or
- we are missing some answers to security questions asked by your bank.
To fix this, navigate to Settings > Your Account > Credit Card Import and click Fix Card.
You'll be prompted to enter your credentials and answer your bank's security questions. You will need to do this for each security question you have with your bank; so if you have 3 security questions, you will need to do this 3 times.
