Policy settings: Scheduled Submit ENABLED
How often expenses submit: MANUALLY
Based on the above settings my users should not have any of their reports submitted automatically, however one of the users had some of his reports submitted before he has finished adding commentary. Is there a setting on his personal setup that I should change to avoid automatic submission?
Hi @Mads When policy scheduled submit is set to Manually, users have the option of using their own personal scheduled submit setting. The only way to override personal scheduled submit is to select a time in the policy.
In order to not use this feature, users will need to go into their personal policy and disable scheduled submit on each of their accounts.
What is the default setting that Expensify has for this. We've changed ours but I want to know is the default scheduled or manual submit? If Scheduled, then how often?
The default is Weekly!
