How to: Request a replacement card & shipment timelines

If you need to replace your Expensify Card when it gets lost, stolen or damaged, head to Settings > Account > Credit Card Import and click Request a New Card. We’ll send a replacement out to you in the post.
Please note: if you need to cancel a lost or stolen Expensify card, please call our Interactive Voice Recognition phone service (available 24/7) as soon as possible on 1-877-751-5848 (US) or +44 808 196 0632 (Internationally). It is currently not possible to order a replacement over the phone.
Order a replacement Expensify Card
- On the web version of Expensify, head to Settings > Account > Credit Card Import and click Request a New Card.
- Select the reason for the card replacement, enter in the address you want the card delivered to (which will update the address we have for you on file).
- Confirm the shipment. Once that’s done, or if you didn’t need to make these changes, we’ll send the new card out to you and it’ll be with you in 2-3 days.
Once you’ve received your new card, you’ll be able to activate it in your Expensify account.
