Does Expensify automatically export to Quickbooks Desktop?

I entered a bunch of items into Expensify and submitted the expense report and completed the process.
Expensify Snyc Manager is installed and working.
Does Sync Manager automatically sync those expenses into Quickbooks Desktop?
It doesn't seem like it does.
Do I need to manually do this process? If so, where is this documented and does it export all the information I entered?

Hi Gabe,
There is not an option to AutoSync reports to QuickBooks Desktop unfortunately - this is something we only offer with cloud based connections like QuickBooks Online.
You can find all the details you need on exporting reports to QuickBooks here. Please note that the Sync Manager, your QB company file, and Expensify all have to be open in order to export reports.

I understand that he Sync Manager, the QB company file, and Expensify all have to be open to export reports but my question is: Does the QB company file need to be opened as admin or can it be opened with a different QB user role?
