User specific available categories/COA

Hello,

Our QB Online COA is split up by department. I would like limit which Categories/GL Codes are available to each user under our Expensify Policy. I do not want every category that I have turned on with the green bubble in the Expensify Policy to available to every member of the policy. Is there a way to set Categories/GL Codes to be user specific? I'd like to avoid setting up a separate policy for each department.

Hi @maryoryan! Within a single policy we aren't able to restrict which categories a user sees. In order to do this you would need to create multiple policies and invite specific users to each one. This way you could limit the categories within each policy. Let me know if you have any questions!
