Is it best practice to unlink secondary/personal emails from a termed employee?
You shouldn't need to unlink Secondary login emails from an employees account when they leave the company unless you'd like to prevent them from logging into that account entirely moving forward. If the employee ends up needing their personal email to start a new Expensify account, there are steps in place allowing them to reclaim that email and remove it in the future.
Unfortunately, there isn't a way to complete this on behalf of the employee from an Admin account. Only the employee/account holder can update/remove a Secondary Login.
