How do I make each employee have only 1 approver, which varies based on each employee? We have a little over 30 employees and we want to have them submit their reports to one and only one approver, and the approver is different for each employee. It's unclear to me how that can be done, without having to have a multiple approver hierarchy. Please help.

Hi @Licethy! First things first, you'll want to enable an Advanced Approval Workflow on your Group policy. From there, in the Policy Members table you'll just enter each employee's approver in their Submits to field:
That should do it! In this configuration, once the approver reviews the report it will be Final Approved.
