How do I go back to having a free account?

I upgraded to unlimited scans, but now want to return to free. How do I go back to having a free account?

If you signed up for a Monthly Subscription for yourself on an individual policy, you can downgrade back to a free account via the Subscriptions page. Just head to Settings > Policies > Individual > Subscription and then click "Cancel Subscription":
