Does SmartScan automatically put it in the right category?

I am currently using the free trial. So far all my receipts have been done through SmartScan. I a considering upgrading the account in order to get unlimited SmartScan. However, I noticed that it labels the receipt, but does not put it into a category automatically. I'm not sure that paying for the upgrade is worth it to me if I need to manually put the receipt in the category every time. Thank you,

We actually have a couple of features available which will definitely help you categorize your expenses automatically:
If you have merchants you use regularly, over time, we'll learn how you're categorizing these expenses and we'll do it for you.
These are specific rules that you can set up and control yourself, including categorization based on merchant
