Hi @swallingford82 - welcome to the Community! We'd be happy to assist here - please write into [email protected] and we'll be happy to help troubleshoot!
Yes, this has been posted before and both Expensify and Discover keep saying it's the other company's fault. It's super annoying that they can't work together. This issue has been going on for months now. Trying to convince my company to use another expense company.
hi @rterf I couldn't see any communications between you and [email protected]xpensify.com about this issue. Please drop us a line there to follow up! We'd love to help try get this resolved. Thanks
Agreed! I got the same run around from both companies and I spend 3 hours trying to get it resolved so I just gave up and I am using my American express card. Super annoying.
Lauren Reid I didn't even try [email protected]because when I called and talked with a live person they told me I had to contact Discover and Discovery told me they updated their security and they don't synch with Expensify anymore.

Hi @swallingford82 - Discover are correct. They made the decision to only work with Quicken, QuickBooks and eMoney, as they stated in a tweet here. Unfortunately, even having reached out to Discover about this, they are holding firm on these services only which means we likely won't be able to integrate with Discover long into the future.
If you can send over any documentation from Discover which points otherwise, stating that Expensify has somehow ceased support for Discover, we'd love to be able to take this to Discover so that we can get-reintegrated. That's what we all want here!
we are also having issues over the past several days getting Amex posted transactions to sync to expensify. We get an error when trying to update card transactions (or it does nothing) and most of the time can not login to Amex to link new cards to expensify.
