Schedule report submission didn't work this month

Hi,
We have reports scheduled to be submitted 2/monthly. It's worked fine for years. Today is Feb 3 and none of our reports have been auto-submitted. I checked and the setting is on so I'm not sure why or what to do. Help?

Hey @donovanwatts. I can't be certain, but I had a similar issue once before. It was on the heels of a major Expensify incident, and it caused some back-end jobs to get stuck. After they fixed some of the issues, the system had a backlog of jobs to work through including a bunch of reports that did not get submitted like usual with scheduled submit.
They did have some unscheduled maintenance this weekend where it was down for almost 2 hours. https://status.expensify.com/history Wondering if that caused a disruption with your reports being submitted, since it was on the 1st.

Here's what Expensify told me..
It appears that there is a known issue with Scheduled Submit not submitting reports at the correct time this past weekend. Our engineering team is looking into this now. Thank you for your patience while my team looks into this, and I'll make sure to reach out as soon as I have more information!

You should get another update shortly, as we just fixed everything. All your reports should have submitted by now. If not, don't wait any long and just manually submit them. The next round of automated jobs will process normally.

Is there any condition in a report that would cause it not to Autosubmit? For example if you have a pending Charge like a tip?
