Once I've been delegated, how do I access the co-pilot feature?

Hi @Glenn_CEL! Welcome to the Community!

To see a list of accounts you've granted Copilot access, or those for which you've been delegated as a Copilot, just follow Settings > Your Account > Account Details > and scroll to Copilot: Delegated Access.

If someone has granted you Copilot access, you can access their account as a Copilot by clicking on your User Icon, then choosing the account in the "Copilot Access" section of the dropdown.
