I am trying to have my employees track there expenses to specific projects to track profitability more seamlessly. Is this possible?

One way to do this is by using categories or tags for each of the projects you'd like to track. Here's an article on tags that I think could help, which specifically uses Projects as an example.
Also, you can always write in to Concierge directly within the Expensify app if you have any questions about how this relates to your account specifically. Thanks!
