BLERB Expensify Customer Posts: 1

Having trouble importing information using a secondary login (first login imported fine) for my husband's account, of which I am an authorized user. I had no trouble importing using two different logins for AmEx. Also, Bank of America fails to populate cards in the credit card import page. Both Chase and BOA send me confirmation emails that Expensify is receiving their info. However, these cards will not populate. Suggestions? Saturday, 7 March 2020, morning.
