Quickbooks chart of accounts no longer porting over to Expensify categories

We have two profiles and they are connected to our Quickbooks instance. One of them is properly importing the chart of accounts into its category list and the other is not anymore and is stuck with an out-of-date set of categories that no longer matches what is in Quickbooks. Can anybody shed light on this and how to fix it?

    Hi @ehudSesame - welcome to the Community! Hmm, this does sound a bit odd, and we'll likely need to gather some more information.

    To start, can you navigate to Settings, then to your Policy and click on the Connection tab? Please sync your connection to QuickBooks and see if that resolves your issue.
