Quickbooks chart of accounts no longer porting over to Expensify categories

We have two profiles and they are connected to our Quickbooks instance. One of them is properly importing the chart of accounts into its category list and the other is not anymore and is stuck with an out-of-date set of categories that no longer matches what is in Quickbooks. Can anybody shed light on this and how to fix it?
