Bank Account Closed

Hi, I've recently been working on switching banks and didn't realize that I hadn't switched expensive over. $3000 in expenses got sent to a bank account that I closed yesterday. The account is showing a balance of $0, I never received the money, but on expensify the report is showing as Confirmed Reimbursed. What do I need to do?

Hi @pictii - I'd recommend reaching out to the bank to see if they received the reimbursements, and also reaching out to [email protected] for more help from our support team. Generally, the bank will return the funds if they were sent to a closed account, but we'll be able to help you better if you write into support!
