Outside Accountant
We need our outside accountant to be able to see the reports so that they can be entered into the GL. I have not found a way to do this or any help in the resources.

Hi @woodridge! I recommend that you set them up as an Auditor on your policy. An Auditor can view and export all reports, without the ability of managing policy settings. More information on that here.

Thank you for your response. We did what you suffused and received the following error...
Insufficient User Permissions:
The domain dime.is has restricted account creation. The Domain Admins have been notified of your request and the following user(s) will receive an email once an account is created for them:
I am the domain admin and I did not receive a notice. Do they need to have a domain email even if they are outside our organization as an independent accountant?

To confirm, I can see that you are the Domain Admin for woodridge.org domain, but there are different admins for the dime.is domain. One of those users will need to add any employees from that domain. Let me know if you have any other questions!
