can someone check to make sure I did this correctly?

hey there- I did what the instructions told me to. I cannot change the catagory or class as specified. I did request to join and it says if volunteer@expensify.org accepts, we will let you know. I also, emailed the reciept to concierge@expensify.com as told to. can someone help me please? I submitted my report from the web and app but says closed?
