Would EBT fresh receipt suffice?
If people are unable to find their receipts from the grocery store would a screenshot from Fresh EBT app suffice? It shows the amount spent, store the purchase was made at and also the date..

For audit and tracking purposes (and to keep things consistent!) we are not able to accept screenshots from user's EBT app at this time.
Please feel free to join the Policy when you do your next shop and keep the receipt safe so that we can reimburse you.

You all are on the same team yet I've gotten 2 totally different answers.. I like this answer better and therefore submitted the receipt from my app. Honestly anyone can use someone who receives SNAP receipt and apply.. With the app you have to input your card number and PIN.. Just and FYI... Thanks...

We're happy to accept an app screenshot as long as the Merchant, Date, and Amount are there, as you've mentioned they would be!
For a more detailed breakdown of the types of receipts that are accepted, please refer to this Community post. It even has an example of an app screenshot that would be considered acceptable!
