Error submitting report

I've just set up expensify for the first time to use for my two employees. The first time one of my employees tried to submit a report she got the attached error message saying that she must submit to the correct person. As far as i can see she is submitting to my user name correctly.

    Hi @Headland! Thanks for reaching out! It appears, based on the error, that the employee is trying to submit their report to someone not in their approval workflow. I recommend a Policy Admin check the approval workflow to see who the employee is supposed to submit to directly.

    Policy Admins can view this by logging into the Expensify website and navigating to Settings Policies Group[Policy Name] People.
