Why is there a fee for trying to obtain a refund for Snap purchases? I don't find the app anywhere either really confused could you detail advise me please?😕

Thanks for reaching out, @maryo! It sounds like you may have accidentally created your own paid policy instead of joining the existing Expensify.org/hunger policy.

I'd recommend following the instructions on this post to get things set up correctly.
