Changing an employee name
I am the policy admin and I need to change our employees names for purposes of synching with QuickBooks. I have not found a way for a policy admin to change an employees name in Expensify. Is there a way for the policy admin to do this?

This is something that is configured in personal settings, so Admins don't have a way to edit names on individual accounts. One potential workaround would be to have CoPilot access to employee accounts in order to make these kinds of changes on their behalf.

I do not want employees to be able to change their names in the system. I have this problem with QuickBooks for several employees.

@JaniceB We don't have an option to prevent employees from changing this but it shouldn't affect your sync to QuickBooks unless you have the setting enabled to automatically create employees on the Advanced tab of your configuration. Can you share the error you are getting?
