How to restrict an employee to use only a specific tags and not all allowed tags/Dept/Locations.

I would like to restrict an employee to use only a selected departments and location which is called as Tags in Expensify. For Ex, ABC Employee should be allowed to use only Marketing department and restrict usage of other departments. This can be different for another employee with a different set of Tags.

Hi @Chinmaya_P123 - welcome to the Community! In order to do this, I'd recommend setting up different Policies for different groups of employees (we have users doing this all the time!)
This will allow you to customise which Categories and Tags can be viewed and selected by the users under the Policy.
