Expensify will not connect to my amex to pull reports

I keep getting this error:
Error
Something happened while trying to connect to your bank. If the problem persists after several hours, please refer to our troubleshooting guide for next steps.
Very frustrating as there is nothing noting what I can do to solve it. Someone please advise.

Hi @houseofhits Can you please reach out to [email protected] so we can look into your specific account? I am not seeing a credit card linked to the email you are writing in from. My team will be happy to look into why you are not able to connect your AMEX card.
