I cannot import my credit card

My username and password to m AMEX card is correct, however it tells me it is wrong. Now it says i've attempted it too many times.

    Sorry for the troubles here!

    To confirm, are you attempting to import a Personal Amex or a Business Amex using the Business connection?

    The Business connection is currently down, but the Personal connection should work as long as you are using your own individual login for the card.

    Have you tried resetting your Amex password and using the new password to connect in Expensify?

    Unfortunately once you are locked out, you must wait until the lock has been lifted (about 24 hours) before you can attempt to import again.
