It's easy to import and manage your company cards right in Expensify. Depending on your bank and your card program, there are several ways to import your company card expenses into Expensify. Continue reading below to find out which option is right for you.

The Expensify Card

The Expensify Card is hands down the best card to use with Expensify. The Expensify card has some powerful and unique features like daily or monthly settlement, smart expense limitsrealtime compliance, and continuous reconciliation, which all make for a seamless experience.

Commercial Cards

If your company uses a Commercial Card program, then the best way to import your company cards is by setting up a direct Commercial Card Feed. To learn how, you'll just need to know whether your cards are Visa, MasterCard or American Express:

Not sure if your card program is a commercial card program? Just ask your bank whether your cards qualify for a commercial feed.

Approved! Banks

If you have a company credit card account with any of our preferred Approved! Banks, you'll be able to establish a direct connection by entering your bank account credentials directly. Our list of Approved! Banks includes the following, and more are coming soon!

  • Silicon Valley Bank
  • Bank of America
  • Citibank
