Expensify integration with Xero

Hi,

My connections between xero and expensify are saying they are connected and syncing, however i cannot find any expensify details on xero. Currently we use a credit card on expensify and just take photos of purchases. none of these purchases are uploading into xero. Could this be a user access issue?

Hey @Meredith99, welcome to the Community!

If you've exported a Report, then in the Report History and Comments (found at the bottom of the report when on the web version of Expensify), you should see a link you can click to take you directly to the expenses in Xero.

If you're unable to find this, it might be best to contact us at [email protected] — we can dive a little further into individual reports and user access in that conversation.
