I'm attempting to get to my settings and by clicking my profile ICON doesn't work

Great! To edit your account settings, head to Settings > Account. You can select different sections of your account in the tabs on the left.
Let me know how you get on!

At the home page, when I click on the ICON next to my username (cisco94605) below is where it leads me to!! I cannot get to the screen you sent me.

The screenshot you sent above is your profile page for your Community profile. You can edit this profile by selecting the person icon and clicking Edit Profile.
If you'd like to change your Expensify settings, the screenshot I sent through earlier in the thread is of the Expensify app settings, found here.

I want to add my bank account. In addition, I'm new to this and want to explore how to add an expense account and such but can't get very far because I cannot access my account.

Thanks for clarifying! To access your Expensify account, head to www.expensify.com. You'll then be able to head to Settings > Account > Payments to add your bank account.
