Do E-receipts flow through to Quickbooks

Hi,

Relatively new to the platform but I recently connected our Expensify account to our Quickbooks online account. I am having trouble getting e-receipts from our Expensify credit card to show up in Quickbooks as attachments to those said expenses. Is this normal or is there a way to get these e-receipts to show up as attachments. Non-Expensify credit card expenses, however, are showing up with the physical receipts as attachments.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated!

Hi @CFAIndy_1 - welcome to the Community! To my understanding, Expensify only ever exports E-receipts as links to your accounting software. Unfortunately, there's no way to generate that image (only as a link). Sorry about that!
