Can employees be reimbursed through Venmo or Paypal?

This section of the account settings makes it seem like employees can receive reimbursement through Venmo or PayPal. Is this not the case? What is this PayPal and Venmo section for?

Hi @nhoffman94_tob You can send /receive payments for Invoices via Paypal and Venmo. This does not apply to Expense Reports, however. If you have specific questions regarding your account that can't be answered publicly, please reach out to concierge@expensify.com.
