Has anyone using the app ever encountered blurry pictures of receipts after they have been submitted? If so is there anyway to fix this issue. Pictures are perfectly clear in the app.
Hi @KiwiDM! Sorry to hear about this! To confirm, are the images only blurry on the app, on the website, or both after the report has been submitted? Also, were the photos taken within the app, or uploaded via computer, emailed in, etc., or does it vary?
